A growing technology services firm is hiring a Cloud Support Engineer to their brand-new team. This team was created out of a need to support their enterprise clients at a higher-level while getting to know and understanding their client’s infrastructure in-depth. This Support Technician will be interfacing with End Users while also handling more complex escalation issues with Windows Servers and Desktop, Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualization technologies like VMware.
This is an excellent opportunity to make that leap from Level II work to Engineer/Administrative responsibilities, while still maintaining and developing valued customer skills and interactions. This role will also primarily support clients on Office 365 and InTune so will be specialized with modern technology and will be trained on Azure and AWS technologies as well. They offer great benefits and work from home on a weekly basis.

- BS Degree in a Technology Field
