Their product initially created by a clinician is designed to help make EHR work better for clinicians providing everything they need for their entire shift all within one place, accessible on any device. The patient focused application will allow for real-time access to data and more, permitting fewer miscommunications and the ability to make better, more informed decisions.

They are looking for a Lead Engineer to help build out their entire backend that will integrate data to the EHR, build out API’s, manage protected healthcare information, and help build out an engineering team under them. This position is one that allows for an incredible amount of room for growth.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Professional experience leading projects
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Java 8 or 11
  • Spring and/or Hibernate
  • SQL
  • Web development experience
  • Creating REST APIs from scratch

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Python
  • Experience with modern UI frameworks (Angular preferred)
  • C++
  • AWS
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry
  • Experience architecting and scaling web applications experiencing explosive user growth

  • 85% Backend Development/Data Integration
  • 15% Front End

Daily Responsibilities

  • 10% Management Duties
