A global hospitality company is looking to bring on a Helpdesk Technician who will be responsible for assisting end users in resolving hardware and software issues through phone and email communication as well as diagnosing problems and performing troubleshooting activities. This is an entry level Helpdesk role where you will be working hands-on with cutting edge technology and helping to get your foot in the door.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-3+ years of experience with PC (Windows 7, 10) and some Mac OSX
  • 1-3+ years of Active Directory and Exchange 2010 experience
  • Previous Help Desk Ticketing Software experience

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an accounting/law firm is preferred
  • An Associates or BS degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

Tech Breakdown

  • 35% PC (Windows 7, 10) and Mac OSX
  • 30% Active Directory and Exchange 2010
  • 35% Helpdesk

Daily Responsibilities

  • 100% Hands On
