A Software company in Center City is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join the team. You will responsible for supporting the company’s proprietary software applications. You must have experience gathering requirements, developing, configuring, troubleshooting and general maintenance of Software Applications.

Having a background working with SQL or Oracle Databases is a huge plus as well as CRM technologies (Ideally, Microsoft Dynamics). You must be open to learn and advance your skill set in new technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years providing Application Support
  • Excellent customer service
  • Extensive Troubleshooting
