An international biotechnology company who is specialized in the invention ad development of differentiated human antibody therapeutics for the treatment of cancer and other important human diseases is looking to hire a Director of Data Scientist to their team. As an Associate Director/Director, Translational Data Science in Translational Medicine Data Science, you will work with a multidisciplinary international team of world-class scientists and research associates with state-of-the-art knowledge of the antibody and oncology field with the goal to transform oncology by discovering and developing antibody therapeutics that serve cancer patients with unmet medical needs.

You will play a pivotal role in the development and expansion of cutting-edge bioinformatics and computational tools and capabilities within the Genmab Translational Medicine team. You will utilize computational tools and approaches to partner with the Translational Medicine laboratory to analyze flow cytometry, gene expression, and a multitude of immune profiling assays to increase conviction in the mechanism(s) of action and predict safety and liability features of drug candidates.

 The ideal candidate should be a Data Scientist coming from a statistical background who has experience with Python, R, and using machine learning to create statistic and predictive models and utilizing data within the biostatistics space. This is a great opportunity to work among a cross-functional team of scientists and engineers, have autonomy to work on projects and use specific tools of interest, and see your contributions make a positive impact on patient’s lives on a daily basis.
